Get Started Art produce their first ever ‘Famous Freemasons’ colouring book
Get Started Art and the Essex Provincial History Team unite in the production of this unique book
Get Started Art, an Essex charity dedicated to providing free art therapy books and activity sheets to hospitals, schools, care homes, and community groups across Essex, the UK and beyond, now turns the page to their next chapter with the production of a first-ever ‘Famous Freemasons’ colouring book.
The concept is the first of its kind in the world, designed by the charity and inspired by the Essex Provincial Historian, Tony Hales, this innovative new colouring book brings our Masonic heritage to life in a fun and accessible way for all ages as they discover six famous Freemasons who helped shape the modern world:
Winston Churchill – Visionary Leader
George Washington – Founding Father
Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart – Musical Genius
Buzz Aldrin – Space Pioneer
Rudyard Kipling – Literary Legend
Alexander Fleming – Medical Innovator
This beautifully printed A5 booklet with six high-quality pages, perfect for pens, crayons, and pencils is compact enough to fit in school bags or outreach packs. Specially created for Children & adults of all ages - Schools & care homes - Support groups & charities and People with learning disabilities or special needs.
Up to 50 FREE books will be made available to all Masonic Lodges and Chapters in the Province of Essex for distribution to their local community groups and it is suggested, as summer is approaching these will make an ideal gift for the groups in the school holidays.
The official launch will take place at the Stisted Hall Summer Fete, Stisted on Sunday 20th July 2025, and all are welcome to come along to the ‘Get Started Art’ stall and be part of something truly unique . . . all children on the day will receive a free book.
