One of the biggest Masonic social events Essex has seen in years hosted by Simon Lockwood accompanied by his wife Claudia
Simon Lockwood the Worshipful Master of the Wheel of Fellowship Lodge No. 9016 that meet at the Maldon Masonic Hall, hosted his Gala Dinner accompanied by his wife Claudia at the stunning Braxted Park Estate, and what an incredible evening it was!
With over 260 guests in attendance, a fantastic mix of Masons, friends, and family, the atmosphere was buzzing from start to finish. Guests enjoyed reception drinks and canapés before sitting down to a wonderful dinner filled with laughter, good conversation, and great company.
Entertainment came from James Argent’s band, who had the dance floor packed all evening.
The night also featured a lively heads or tails, raffle and an auction, which together raised an incredible £15,040 for three amazing charities, Essex & Herts Air Ambulance, Shelter London homeless and Chess Essex Homeless.
Simon and Claudia were fantastic hosts, making everyone feel welcome and ensuring the whole evening ran smoothly.
Events like this really show the best of Freemasonry, bringing people together, supporting worthy causes, and having fun along the way. It was not only a fantastic evening but also one of the biggest Masonic social events Essex has seen in years.
A huge congratulations to Simon for organising such a memorable and meaningful event, a true celebration of fellowship, charity, and community spirit.
